This record group consists of records relating to the history of the 32nd Division, U.S. Army, under command of General William G. Haan, during World War I (1920-1948). Consists mainly of correspondence (1929-1942) relating to the Thirty-Second Division Veteran Association accumulated by Brigadier General LeRoy Pearson, Quartermaster General of Michigan and treasurer of the Association. Includes bids, contracts and a sampling of application for copies in from former members of the Division, relating to the publication of the history of the 32nd Division. The publication was authorized by Act 285, MPA 1919.
